Abstract
Batik is officially confirmed as a list of intangible cultural herritage. Batik is a creative product that is made using traditional tools. Along with the development of technology, the inhibiting factor of the development of written batik emerged, namely the printing / stamp batik produced using semi-automatic tools, so that the batik that still uses traditional tools and takes a long time to produce causes many batik artisans to switch to production process that uses more modern tools to speed up the production process. The problem experienced by batik artisans is how the production process can be simplified, because with the characteristics of the results of batik that still provide a better market opportunity, so a solution is needed to overcome it. The solution offered to partners is to make improvements to the production process by redesigning batik equipment including the stove and stove cover. This aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of batik production on partners.
